I visited Driftwood Cafe with my family on our recent trip and we all absolutely loved it! We tried the burgers , fish, and chips– everything was fresh, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection. The fish was beautifully crisp on the outside and tender inside, the chips were golden and crunchy, and the burgers were simply amazing. The excellent customer service made the experience even better . The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. It’s a fantastic spot for a family meal, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Can’t think of anything to whine about except how good it is here. Always come here when we travel up or through bundaberg, never miss. Nice quiet weekday, usually we do a weekend and very busy and hot but today was a Monday on our way home to Caloundra and the weather was good, cool, not hot and sun now and again, plenty of seats tho it was filling up by lunch time so glad we got there at about 10.30 Ordered crumbed fish and chips, potato scallops and calamari and prawn cutlets. Not greasy, beautiful golden crispy outer fluffy inner chips, same with the scallops, cut and cooked evenly and crunchy, calamari was perfect and real calamari, the crumb on the food was delicious, staff were lovely and friendly. Beaut morning, well worth the stop and a walk to the beach, get there early on weekends though. Plenty of parking and handicapped spaces. Toilets nearby are clean. Shop is clean drinks are cold, prices are very reasonable and you can have calamari rings one by one or 5 with chips. Always perfect here thanks guys

I've been staying in Elliott all week and I visit the Driftwood cafe daily for a morning coffee and hash brown. We also stopped in for fish and chips twice. Firstly, the almond milk latte was great on every single visit! I love the colorful bio cups they use too. Also, the best hash browns I've ever had, so crispy! In terms of the fish and chips, what amazing value! We had the fisherman's basket for 2 people and it was around $25. We could barely get through it, you also get 2 soft drink cans included in that price. Would definitely recommend this cafe, I'll be grabbing a coffee as we leave town tomorrow morning.
